Vernon is growing fast, with renovations and new builds going up across the North Okanagan. Once the contractors pack up, the real work begins — fine drywall dust, debris, and residue settle into vents, fixtures, and every surface before a space is truly livable.
The Clean Gecko provides detailed, eco friendly post-construction cleaning throughout Vernon, cutting through the mess with gentle products we make in-house.

Vernon post-construction cleaning FAQ
Do you clean dust from vents and fixtures?
Yes — fine construction dust is the whole focus, including light fixtures, vents, window sills, and every surface it settles on.
When should we book the clean?
After the trades have finished and before move-in or handover, so the space stays clean once it's ready.
Is there a travel fee in Vernon?
No. Vernon is our home base, so there's no travel fee.
