Yes, $25 for Oyama and $50 further south, confirmed in your quote.

Cleaning after a renovation or a new build in Lake Country. Fine construction dust settles on every surface, in vents and on fixtures. We clean it off in detail, wipe every surface, and vacuum and mop the floors, so the space is ready to use or hand over. Windows are not part of the standard clean; ask for them when you book.

How pricing works
You pay $50 an hour for each cleaner on site, plus GST, and only for the time we are there. There is no contract and no deposit: you get an invoice after the clean for the time actually spent. If the job needs special equipment, such as tall ladders, tell us when you book so we can plan for it.
Vernon and Coldstream have no travel fee. Further out, a travel fee applies based on drive time, and we confirm it in your quote. See the towns we serve.
Cleans on BC statutory holidays are billed at double the rate, because BC law requires us to pay our cleaners holiday wages on those days.

Do you clean dust from vents and fixtures?
Yes. Fine construction dust is the focus, including light fixtures, vents, window sills and every surface it settles on.
When should we book the clean?
After the trades have finished and before move-in or handover, so the space stays clean once it is ready.
Do you bring the equipment?
Yes, all standard supplies and equipment. If the job needs tall ladders or other special equipment, tell us when you book.
Do you clean the windows?
Only on request. Windows are not part of the standard post-construction clean, so tell us when you book if you want them done.
