Cleaning in Coldstream
Coldstream is a five-minute drive from our base, so it sits in the same no-travel-fee zone as Vernon. We look after close to 300 Coldstream homes, which makes it our second-biggest community after Vernon.
Where we clean most
Kidston Road, Middleton Way and the Kalamalka Road corridor; Westkal Road and Lakeview Drive above Kalamalka Lake; Whitestone, Hofer, Selkirk and Postill Drives; Coldstream Creek Road and out to Lavington.
Is Coldstream in the travel-fee zone?
No. Coldstream and Lavington are no-travel-fee, same as Vernon.
Coldstream is one of the Okanagan's most sought-after communities — quiet, beautiful, and close to everything Vernon has to offer.
Homes here deserve the same care and attention that residents put into their surroundings.
We provide meticulous, eco friendly residential cleaning tailored to Coldstream's discerning homeowners, using our own gentle products, mixed in-house, with no phosphates or chlorine.
Regular house cleaning that keeps your home fresh without you having to think about it. We handle the dusting, vacuuming, mopping and scrubbing that pile up when life gets busy, and we work top to bottom, left to right: if it is in your home, we clean it.
Recurring clients get the same cleaner every visit. If your cleaner is sick or on holiday, we tell you before the day who's coming.
How pricing works
You pay $50 an hour for each cleaner on site, plus GST, and only for the time we are there. There is no contract and no deposit: you get an invoice after the clean for the time actually spent. Book a one-time clean, or set up a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visit and change it whenever you need.
Vernon and Coldstream have no travel fee. Further out, a travel fee applies based on drive time, and we confirm it in your quote.
