Moving out of a rental in Vernon? The last thing between you and your damage deposit is the clean. We clean to damage-deposit and realtor hand-off standard, and you get a business invoice as proof the clean was done. Moving in? We clean the place before your boxes arrive.
What the final walk-through looks at
Landlords and property managers check the places a regular clean skips: inside the oven and fridge, inside cabinets and drawers, baseboards, window sills and the bathroom fixtures. Our move-out clean covers all of them (the full list is above), plus the range hood, door frames and light switches, and walls spot-cleaned where marks come off.
We prefer the home to be completely empty when we arrive, so we can reach every shelf, corner and floor.
How long it takes and what it costs
Most move-out cleans take 5 to 7 hours, so $250 to $350 plus GST. Tell us the size of the home, how many bathrooms and your move-out date, and we include the hours in your quote. Vernon and Coldstream have no travel fee.
