Our cleaners are trained employees, never subcontractors. They bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment, including the eco friendly products we make in-house. Paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap are your own: we refill them from your stock.
How pricing works
You pay $50 an hour for each cleaner on site, plus GST, and only for the time we are there. There is no contract and no deposit: you get an invoice after the clean for the time actually spent. Set up daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning, or call us in when you need it.
Vernon and Coldstream have no travel fee. Further out, a travel fee applies based on drive time, and we confirm it in your quote. See the towns we serve.
Cleans on BC statutory holidays are billed at double the rate, because BC law requires us to pay our cleaners holiday wages on those days.

Do you clean strata buildings?
Yes. We clean strata common areas (lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators and amenity rooms) on the schedule your strata council or property manager sets.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. Choose daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning, or book us on call. You pay by the hour and can change or stop the schedule whenever you need.
